Cloud Platform Expert Wanted

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Cloud Platform Expert to join its Marketing Compliance team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with enterprise clients to integrate custom risk detection within our cloud-based platform.

As a Cloud Platform Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders through workshops and strategic planning sessions.
  • Implementing, testing, and optimizing rules within the IntelligenceBank Platform to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Introducing the platform and core concepts through document scanning projects, highlighting key benefits and value proposition.
  • Designing and fine-tuning rules for web scanning projects to achieve optimal results, balancing false positives and negatives.
  • Translating customer requirements into actionable rule designs and understanding client compliance environments to provide tailored solutions.
  • Providing expert guidance on platform channels and use cases, including workflow integrations and AI-driven solutions.
  • Leveraging artificial intelligence to address complex business challenges and drive innovation.
  • Collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams to develop features and functionalities that meet evolving client needs.
  • Supporting pre-sales efforts by delivering compelling demos and providing expert advice on platform capabilities.
  • Working closely with Customer Success to ensure successful project delivery, reporting, and ongoing support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Enterprise SaaS environments, coupled with strong logical problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Experience leading meetings with diverse stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills for extracting and refining requirements, as well as breaking down complex tasks into manageable steps.
  • Proficiency in formulas, logical expressions, and test case development.
  • Hands-on experience with rules engines or similar systems, with a solid understanding of technical literacy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, data scientists, and other technical experts.
  • Python programming experience is a plus, as is knowledge of AI, including prompting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in relevant industries is advantageous, but not mandatory.
