About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and driven Client Growth Manager to join our team. As an Inside Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with our existing partners.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with partners to develop business plans that drive growth and increase sales.
  • Prioritize and Manage Your Day: Effectively manage your time to meet monthly targets and optimize calling time.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Identify opportunities to build a sales pipeline and work towards meeting set targets.
  • Xero Expertise: Stay up-to-date with Xero features and functionality through training and webinars.

Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Direct experience in inbound phone and email sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Accounting Knowledge: A strong understanding of accounting practices and products.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with partners over the phone and communicate effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
