Education Support Class Employee

As an Education Support Class employee at this range, you will be responsible for performing tasks that are carried out in accordance with guidelines, accepted practice, and school policy under supervision and direction.
This may include coordination of other education support class staff within the work area or educational program. You will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the VET and Careers team.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing evaluation forms from employers to Learning Advisors
- Processing VET program administrative tasks including Structured Workplace Learning
- Assisting students with job searching including creating resumes and cover letters
- Organizing and administering key Career events including the Careers Expo, Mock Job Interviews, Work Experience and internal and external tertiary events and excursions
You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate student administration and enrolment processes using CASES21 Student Administration and Enrolment System.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
