Accounts Receivable Clerk Opportunity

This opportunity is for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to work on a casual basis, up to 4 days a week. Compensation will be based on your work experience.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and generate invoices
  • Assist with other Accounts Receivable duties such as accounts reconciliation and following up with collections
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Self-motivated

This role reports directly to the Team Leader - Accounts Receivable under the company's Accounts and Admin Department.
