Accounting Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cash Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for daily banking functions, reconciling cash, cheques and eftpos transactions, and managing stationery orders.

  • Daily Banking Function: Process all financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile cash, cheques and eftpos for all daily transactions: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all financial transactions.
  • Follow up on any End of Day anomaly items: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or anomalies in the financial records.
  • General journals: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage Stationery Orders: Source and procure necessary stationery and supplies.
  • Ad-hoc administration duties: Perform various administrative tasks as required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
