The Role

As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to our customers, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as showering, personal hygiene, and meal times
  • Providing care in accordance with each customer's personalized care plan
  • Supporting community-based recreational and social activities
  • Ensuring emotional well-being and happiness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Empathy and commitment to caring for older people, with a demonstrated ability to meet their needs
  • 12 months+ experience in delivering exceptional customer service in the Aged Care industry
  • Night shift availability and weekday availability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
