The role of Head of Brand requires a visionary leader to oversee the evolution of our brand, managing its visual and experiential touch points with customers. As a custodian of our brand, you will shape its heritage, positioning us as a leader in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative campaign strategies that embody our values and educate customers on product benefits.
  • Concept and sign off on creative campaigns, ensuring clear objectives and strong visual storytelling.
  • Maintain and evolve Brand Guidelines to reflect our aesthetic and market trends.
  • Oversee website reskins and implement UX/UI updates to enhance digital experience.
  • Conduct international research to adapt brand campaigns to regional trends.
  • Innovate to optimise campaign spend and enhance creative efficiencies.
  • Spearhead the evolution of our visual identity across social media, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
  • Develop and execute a long-term visual storytelling strategy for social media.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of social and campaign strategies.
  • Oversee production of campaign and eCommerce shoots, managing call sheets, schedules, talent casting, and image selection.
  • Conduct location scouting and attend all shoots to ensure brand vision execution.
  • Ensure adherence to campaign timelines and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Develop art direction for key Brand, Marketing, and Product initiatives.
