Seeking Experienced Clinicians to Deliver High-Quality Care
We are looking for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will have the opportunity to:
- Deliver and oversee the provision of high-quality patient care
- Practice within a diverse and multi-disciplinary care team environment
- Provide clinical guidance to ensure individualised, integrated, effective and safe patient care
- Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting each resident's unique goals and preferences
- Participate in clinical risk management and continuous quality improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience as a practicing clinician in either a hospital or Aged Care setting
- Full accreditation with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with unconditional provisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork and standard of care
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and optimising funding outcomes
