Comprehensive Patient Care Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to provide comprehensive patient care and coordinate the supervision of junior staff and students in our medical rehabilitation ward.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure total patient care meets all needs.
- Awareness of patients' conditions and progress, maintaining contact throughout shifts.
- Involve patients in their own care and decision making processes.
- Document nursing care using histories, care plans, and/or pathways.
- Execute medical treatment requests, consulting doctors when unclear.
- Maintain technical skills, including ECG interpretation and intravenous cannulae insertion.
- Ensure safe nursing procedures and high-quality work standards.
To succeed, candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical rehabilitation specialty, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and minimal supervision requirements. Above all, patients will be at the core of work, committing to our mission and values.
Benefits- Competitive salary: $79,535 to $100,984 per annum (pro rata for part time), plus 12% superannuation.
