This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a dynamic production line, contributing to the growth and success of our team. Your skills in general nursery maintenance and dispatch tasks will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work effectively as part of a team on a busy production line
  • Maintain high standards of general nursery upkeep and support our production process
  • Manage dispatch tasks efficiently, including unloading/loading trolleys and trucks, and relocating stock within the nursery
  • Perform manual handling and lifting of plants, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a nursery environment is essential
  • Able to maintain a physically demanding workload, including lifting up to 15kg+
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues
  • Valid driver's license and own transport for ease of movement around the nursery
