Leading Industrial Registrar Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Registrar to join our team. The Industrial Registrar will be responsible for performing statutory functions, conducting case management, directions and other hearings, and providing high-level legal and procedural advice.
The role requires strong legal expertise and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage a high volume of work.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Admission as a legal practitioner in Australia;
- A minimum of five years' post-admission experience as a lawyer in NSW;
- Demonstrated legal capability, including litigation and advocacy;
- Comprehensive knowledge of industrial law, relevant legislation, and court procedures;
- A strong understanding of the IRC's role within the NSW justice system;

This is a frontline/in-person role based in Sydney CBD and Parramatta. Remote work is not applicable.
