Experienced Property Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Property Manager to lead our government clients' property portfolios. Multiple positions available.
Key locations: Perth CBD and surrounding areas.
Clients: Government agencies.
- Develop, review, negotiate, and implement agreements aligning with asset management strategies.
- Manage leases and licences across diverse property portfolios.
- Experience in managing Licences to Occupy (LTOs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and co-location arrangements within government or corporate environments.
- Issuing statutory approvals, particularly for Building Permits, Development Applications and construction-related approvals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience in managing lease and licence agreements.
- Proven ability to develop, review, negotiate and implement agreements that align with asset management strategies.
- Strong understanding of administrative processes involving legislative and regulatory requirements.
This position involves working on various projects, including managing properties, developing policies, and reviewing contracts. If you have the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
