The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Energy Services team on the Sunshine Coast. You will be a part of a growing number of innovative projects that are driving energy sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain project-related documentation including contracts, plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditure in line with revenue KPIs.
  • Manage project invoices.
  • Liaise with the Veolia Accounts Payable team for accurate and timely vendor payments.
  • Oversee profit centre procurement, including purchase order management.
  • Coordinate vendor setup in relevant systems.
  • Update and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and progress reports.
  • Assist the wider Veolia Energy team with administrative support.

Requirements

  • Extensive administrative experience, preferably within project roles.
  • A high degree of computer literacy with a particular focus on spreadsheets.
  • Experience with project management and invoicing software would be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
