About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Healthscope. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Supervise and direct nursing team members, including Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing, to deliver patient care.
- Deliver education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
- Ensure compliance with ACQSHC National standards and maintain a commitment to quality patient care.
Essential Criteria:
- Current Registration with AHPRA.
- Working with Children's Check.
- Post-Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing (or working towards).
- Commitment to quality patient care.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team.
- Basic computer skills.
