Product Design Lead

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead our AI design efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied AI and experience designing complex software solutions.
In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting AI experiences that enhance our products and services. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to advocate for user experience in our products.
You should have a strong understanding of user needs and be able to balance these needs with business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility.
The successful candidate will be a craft and systems thinker who can integrate the work of multiple teams, solicit and synthesize feedback, and facilitate design discussions that lead company-wide outcomes.
Responsibilities include partnering with leadership and stakeholders to create a unified view of AI capabilities across our product portfolio.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about designing intuitive and effective user experiences, and has a strong track record of delivering results-driven design solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new features to improving existing ones. You'll also have the chance to collaborate with other designers, engineers, and product managers to shape the future of our products.
