About the role:
Key Responsibilities:- Craft compelling product visions and lead design best practices to create high-quality customer-centric experiences that drive business goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration while tackling cross-portfolio design challenges.
- Drive evidence-based design decisions using quantitative and qualitative research insights.
- Plan and lead complex initiatives across multiple teams, building clear project plans and mitigating risks proactively.
- Partner with product and engineering to design complex systems and drive product vision forward.
- A portfolio of work showcasing ownership and impact across various product design facets.
- An academic degree or training in design or a related field.
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring design teams, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, articulating design decisions and influencing product strategy.
- A deep understanding of user-centred design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging experiences.
