Job Overview\

As a skilled Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on lifts and escalators.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair work on lifts and escalators
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes to satisfy customers
  • Provide electrical and mechanical training to apprentices and sub-contractors
  • Attend lift and escalator breakdowns and perform repairs and control modifications
  • Liaise with customers and submit leads using provided applications

Requirements:\
  • Hold Electrical and/or Fitter qualifications relevant to the role
  • Minimum two (2) to five (5) years' experience within the Lift Industry
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Extensive knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical systems across large equipment
  • Strong English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience using technology including mobile communications, applications, and other computer-based systems
