Dedicated Home Support Workers Needed

We are seeking experienced, motivated, and caring individuals to provide care to clients in the Northern suburbs of Sydney.

Our ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing, Care Worker, or similar role;
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability or Individual Support (completed or working towards completing is highly desirable) OR studying towards a nursing qualification;
- Regular background checks (Police Check, First Aid, CPR, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance);
- A current Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle - travel is part of the role.
The successful applicant will be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet client needs, providing personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship to our clients. In return, we offer:
