We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to elderly residents in aged care facilities, hospitals, NDIS participants, and Homecare recipients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' conditions to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care services.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families to enhance their quality of life.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to facilitate effective communication among healthcare providers.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- At least 6 months of previous experience in aged care or similar settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities to make informed decisions about resident care.
