Centre Director

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our retail operations and drive customer experience excellence at our centres.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering centre financial results, proactive retailer management, and operational functions. They will also play a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring the onsite management team to build capability and engagement.

• Lead retail operations and customer experience initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve centre financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, customers, and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
• Coach and mentor the onsite management team to build capability and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and create a positive impact on customers.
