Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Courier to join our Transportation team within our Reference Laboratory. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service by collecting samples and delivering them to our lab accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up specimens on designated routes and ensure timely delivery to the laboratory
  • Interact with customers at clinics and provide excellent customer service
  • Keep the vehicle tidy and record pick-up information
  • Comply with traffic laws and instructions from your manager

Requirements

  • A full driver's license is essential
  • Clean driving history
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Professional presentation and attitude
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work approximately 10-15 hours per week
  • Must be available to work a combination of day shifts between 9.00am – 3.30pm and nights shifts between 7.00pm – 12.30am plus Saturdays
  • Confidence driving around different areas of Sydney
  • Basic computer skills
