Lead Our Engineering Team

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the development of our sustainable biomanufacturing platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top engineering talent, guiding technical strategy and architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct high-performing engineering teams and establish best practices and processes
  • Partner with R&D, production, and quality teams to deliver projects on time and meet strategic objectives
  • Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Champion innovation and adoption of new technologies that drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Lead in biotech, agtech, or related industries
  • Strong background in systems design or industrial automation
  • Experience building and scaling engineering teams in a commercial environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for sustainability and biotechnology
