Job Opportunity:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a recent Civil Engineering graduate to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual who is eager to commence their professional career in a positive, dynamic, supportive and fun environment.

The ideal candidate will have recently completed their Degree in Civil Engineering and possess 6-12 months of experience working in a Graduate Civil Engineering role.

Key requirements include:

  • Ability to work at a fast pace with competing deadlines
  • Adaptable and robust attitude to change
  • Current Australian Driver's License

The successful candidate will be required to work from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday - Friday.

About You:

As a recent Civil Engineering graduate, you will have recently completed your degree and be looking to start your professional career.

With 6-12 months of experience working in a Graduate Civil Engineering role, you will have developed strong numeric aptitude, detail and results-oriented skills, and the ability to work at a fast pace with competing deadlines.

Additionally, you will possess an adaptable and robust attitude to change, a current Australian Driver's License, and a strong commitment to working hard.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about starting their career in the civil engineering field.

They will be able to communicate effectively, work well in a team, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Applicants should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to think critically, and have a solid understanding of mathematical concepts.

The selected candidate will undergo training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

They will also have access to regular feedback and performance reviews to ensure they are meeting expectations.
