Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking dedicated and skilled occupational therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to clients in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive therapy services.

As an occupational therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients develop, recover, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and working. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualised treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans and goals that meet each client's unique requirements.
  • Implement evidence-based therapies and monitor progress towards desired outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on strategies and techniques to enhance independence and quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current registration with relevant authorities or eligibility to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.
