Business Reconstruction and Advisory Services

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Graduate. As a graduate at our firm, you will have a unique opportunity to work across a diverse range of critical issues, including business reconstruction, corporate and personal insolvency, business valuations, forensic accounting, and other advisory services.

The role involves working on complex financial and non-financial projects, compiling information, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations. You will also be involved in undertaking forensic accounting investigations, assisting in the preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts, managing trading operations for some of our clients' businesses, and preparing reports and documents to regulatory bodies, lenders, and creditors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile financial and non-financial information, drawing conclusions and making recommendations.
  • Undertake forensic accounting investigations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts.
  • Manage trading operations for some of our clients' businesses.
  • Prepare reports and documents to regulatory bodies, lenders, and creditors.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to apply appropriate controls to client engagements in line with legislative and firm guidelines, build and develop relationships with clients/referrers across our vast network, and identify opportunities to add value to our clients' businesses.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, accounting, or law.
