Service Advisor Role

The Genesis Service Advisor role at Cardinale Automotive Group involves overseeing service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. This includes taking ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Additionally, you will provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled. You will also ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers, distribute work between technicians efficiently, and answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.

Maintaining the Customer Success Index at or above company standards is crucial, as well as assisting in diagnosing vehicle problems, ordering parts and tools as necessary, and overseeing the administration of warranty claims and training and supervising of the service department.
