Exciting Parts Advisor Opportunity

As a skilled Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences. Our team is dedicated to creating strong relationships through effective communication and active listening.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the parts sales process from initiation to completion
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Effectively converse with customers regarding their parts status
  • Accurately read and understand the parts catalog when locating specific parts
  • Provide timely price quotes and valuable information to customers
  • Verify that ordered parts are correct and align with estimates provided
  • Offer exceptional service to internal and external customers alike
  • Maintain accurate stock levels by pulling/filling orders and conducting weekly bin checks
  • Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock items or shop materials requiring immediate attention
  • Locate out-of-stock parts from alternative sources and submit emergency orders if necessary
  • Ensure all internal requests for parts are accurately billed on service repair orders
