Job Summary:

Lorna Jane is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Holiday Active Stylist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI goals
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new products and promotions

Requirements:

  • Availability to work key trade days from Thursday to Sunday, during the day and overtime
  • Availability to work peak trade times during the month of December and January
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
