Leadership Role Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer experiences.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to boost foot traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a positive and high-energy work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage store operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • E nsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for outdoor sports and a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
