We are seeking a motivated and experienced retail professional to take on a leadership role within our store. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team to achieve sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.\
  • Providing exceptional customer service and handling queries in a professional manner.\
  • Managing stock levels, including ordering and receiving deliveries.\
  • Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.\
  • Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store when required.\

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail or hospitality.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.\
