Key Responsibilities

As a Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to customers via face-to-face interaction and inbound/outbound calls.

  • Provide timely and accurate information on Everyday Banking enquiries, account openings and processes via telephone and online channels.
  • Listen, build trust, and ask the right questions to exceed customers' expectations and improve customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to a team culture that balances people, customer, risk, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Requirements
