We are seeking an experienced Senior Fashion Designer to join our Berlei Intimates team in Pyrmont. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and executing seasonal assortment plans and design briefs that showcase the brand's aesthetic.

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive key looks and contribute to the creative direction of our intimates category. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designers from adjacent categories and the Innovation team, to deliver high-quality designs that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in similar design roles, with 2-5+ years' experience as a Designer or senior Design Assistant. They should possess an innovative and creative approach to design, inspirational team leadership capability, and the ability to work quickly while maintaining high attention to detail.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with the Head Of Berlei to implement and execute design concepts, ensuring the Berlei brand is considered first. This includes managing one direct report in a Design Assistant and guiding them through design processes.

The successful candidate will also have hands-on design experience, including fabric and lace selection, fittings, and prototype sampling. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for delivering high-quality designs on time.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per annum (depending on experience)
