As a skilled clinical professional, you will play a vital role in helping surgeons treat their patients more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop effective working relationships with surgeons and theatre staff to provide support for products that address customer pain points.
  • Identify customer needs and optimize opportunities by presenting product information.
  • Provide hands-on clinical support during cases, deliver training sessions for customers, and support new product launches.
  • Ensure successful surgical case outcomes by coordinating service and support.

Requirements

  • A proven track record as an allied health professional or similar sales representative from competitor companies.
  • A strong team orientation and long-term, relationship-based sales approach.
  • The ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
