We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fitness Coach to join our team at Genesis Fitness Club in Bentley, Western Australia.

About the Role

This is a casual position offering the ideal candidate the opportunity to develop their skills in fitness coaching and community engagement while working with a dynamic team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality fitness programs to members, promoting a culture of wellness and inclusivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their fitness goals are met.
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach to design and implement new training programs, enhancing member experience and driving business growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
  • A solid foundation in fitness knowledge, with a Certificate III & IV in Fitness, First Aid, and CPR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • The capacity to adapt to changing situations and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
