We are seeking a senior HR professional with a strong generalist background to support and advise line managers across all areas of people management. This role plays a critical part in building and maintaining a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing human resources policies and services
  • Managing employee relations and casework, including investigations and resolution of workplace issues
  • Supporting wellbeing initiatives, learning and development programs, and organisational change projects
  • Contributing to strategic recruitment efforts, talent development planning, and succession planning
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decision-making and drive business outcomes

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or Employment Relations/Industrial Relations
  • Proven experience as a senior HR generalist, with a strong ability to partner with business leaders and stakeholders
  • A comprehensive understanding of human resources practices, industrial instruments, and employment law, including relevant legislation and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels and functions
