Compassionate Support Worker

Support clients with daily living tasks and provide personal care in Chatswood. Our ideal candidate is a caring and compassionate individual who can assist with bathing, showering, toileting, dressing and undressing, getting in and out of bed, washing and drying hair, shaving, and reminding clients to take medication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal grooming and hygiene
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Support with daily living tasks such as eating, drinking, and toileting
- Remind clients to take medication
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Personal Care or a related field
- Sound knowledge of smartphone usage and ability to use technology for communication and documentation
- COVID-19 vaccine recommended but not mandatory
Desirable Criteria:
- First Aid Certificate and ability to respond in emergency situations
- Experience working with Dementia clients and adapting care plans accordingly
- Vehicle and comprehensive insurance for transportation purposes
