**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the receipt and dispatch of tools and equipment, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing downtime.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate the allocation of tools and spare parts, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with operational procedures.
  • Perform various warehouse duties, including unpacking, packing, and forklift operation, to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the After-Sales support team to obtain necessary information and resolve claims efficiently.

**Requirements**

  • Experience working in a CRM and ERP system environment, preferably with SalesForce or C4C, and SAP or similar.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
