We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Specialist to play a critical role in driving revenue growth across our multi-brand portfolio.

The successful candidate will leverage robust data analysis, brand health tracking, customer segmentation, and market research to inform strategic marketing decisions and drive business outcomes.

This is a fast-paced, evolving environment where data-driven decisions are vital to remain competitive. You'll use a range of research tools and datasets to provide insights that enhance business outcomes.

  • Deliver clear, actionable insights that support brand growth and commercial performance
  • Manage and optimise brand health tracking tools and methodologies
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative research initiatives to uncover consumer, market, and category trends
  • Interpret and synthesise data from diverse sources to influence decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed insights into marketing strategy
  • Maintain strong governance over data usage and uphold confidentiality

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum 6-8 years' experience in a similar data insights or market research role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Proven ability to turn complex data into clear stories that influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience working with brand health tracking tools, customer segmentation, and internal sales performance data
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
