- Mentor and support junior staff members to enhance their clinical skills and confidence.
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience as a Care Manager or senior Registered Nurse within aged care.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
