About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, architects, and designers who visit our showroom. Your role will involve developing a strong understanding of customers' needs to find the best outcome for them.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide advice and recommendations on products and finishes
Guide and support customers with design advice and recommendations
Preparing quotations for sales, raising invoices, and processing payments
FOLLOWING UP QUOTATIONS AND PROSPECTS THAT ARE IN THE PROJECT PIPELINE

Requirements

A background in interior design with a design qualification or degree
Previous experience working in a consultative sales role with retail clients, architects, and interior designers
A passion for design and architecture
Exceptional customer service skills
