We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Account Director to lead our client journey, leveraging integrated solutions and influencing relationships to drive strategic growth.

This role involves owning the full policy lifecycle for corporate accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure excellence in underwriting referrals and approvals.

The ideal candidate will have established relationships in the broker market, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of profitable growth in underwriting or corporate broking.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted business development plans, identifying and converting new corporate opportunities, and maximizing renewal retention.
