About This Role

At Talent International, we are seeking a seasoned Project Director with expertise in managing large-scale solar farm projects. As part of our esteemed team, you will lead multiple renewable energy initiatives while fostering strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on milestones, financial performance, and any deviations from the plan.
  • Build trustful working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, preferably with a background in large-scale solar farm projects.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, focusing on achieving project objectives.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Able to travel interstate when required.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
