Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain compliance with legislated workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
  • Complete required documentation and reporting accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to residents' queries and requests, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with catering and food services duties, including basic food preparation, meal service, and clearing dining areas.
  • Perform cleaning duties, including general cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal, and living areas.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective teamwork and resident engagement.
  • Prior experience in catering or food service is preferred but not essential.
  • Show flexibility in working various shifts throughout the week, ensuring seamless service delivery.
