Enterprise Risk Leadership Position

This opportunity enables a seasoned risk professional to drive strategic initiatives, develop and implement best-practice risk frameworks, and deliver meaningful impact across the business.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop and embed an Enterprise Risk Management Framework that aligns with business objectives.
  • Design and facilitate engaging risk and resilience workshops, training sessions, and scenario-based planning exercises.
  • Provide clear, actionable risk reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of a Business Resilience Framework that encompasses whole-of-business risks.
  • Champion a culture of risk awareness and resilience throughout the organization.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise risk management or a Big 4 consulting firm.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Law, Risk, or a related discipline (desired).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and high level of integrity.
