As a Group Marketing Manager for our Oncology Portfolio, you will play a vital role in revolutionising the way life-changing treatments for Haematology and Solid Tumours are accessed across Australia. Your expertise and vision will inspire your team to unlock the full potential of our therapies.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Haematology and Solid Tumours, aligned with global and local objectives, driving business growth through effective resource allocation and prioritisation.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of new product launches and indication extensions, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture, providing coaching and development for emerging talent, leveraging data and insights to design and execute impactful multi-channel marketing plans tailored to clinician preferences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution of business goals, upholding compliance with internal policies to ensure ethical standards in all activities.
  • Drive robust business planning and manage P&L to ensure effective resource allocation and prioritisation, unlocking the full potential of our therapies.

Your Profile:

  • Extensive Pharmaceutical Marketing Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of proven success in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally with expertise across both Haematology and Solid Tumours.
  • Leadership in Complex Environments: Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, change, and evolving business priorities.
  • Strategic and Collaborative Approach: Skilled in developing impactful strategies and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Oncology Expertise: Strong understanding of the oncology landscape, including therapeutic area knowledge and a vision for driving innovation in cancer care.
