Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to showcase your marketing expertise? As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our leading brand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing strategic plans, with a focus on digital marketing and social media. You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to develop and execute annual marketing plans, including communication across digital, social, in-store, search and sampling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans, including communication across digital, social, in-store, search and sampling
  • Partner with the Shopper Marketing Manager to develop and execute shopper activations
  • Lead the New Product Development process, including developing a 3-year strategic innovation roadmap
  • Manage all queries across the brand portfolio
  • Responsible for achieving financial and market share targets for the brand
  • Provide regular tracking information on the brand, to monitor market performance and brand performance against KPIs

About You:
  • Degree qualified (Business, Commerce or Marketing preferred)
  • Brand management experience, preferably in an FMCG or consumer products/retail environment
  • Excellent project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Commercial acumen - comfortable analyzing numbers and understanding business financials
  • Experience with SAP, IRI/Aztec or Nielsen (desirable); Experience in marketing products across digital and social media (highly regarded)
