Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our inpatient mental health nursing team.
About the Role- The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- They will also provide supervision and support for less experienced clinicians to achieve quality care outcomes.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
- Demonstrated competencies in nursing practice, including knowledge of complex care situations and effective clinical communication skills;
- Ability to prioritise workload, manage time effectively and maintain accurate records;
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice;
- Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment;
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, including evidence of participation in own professional development;
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and evidence-based practice in patient care delivery;
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, families and colleagues in a respectful and professional manner;
