About This Role

As an Optical Dispenser and Stylist, you will provide expert advice to clients on the latest eyewear trends and styles. You will also be responsible for dispensing lenses and frames according to prescriptions from optometrists.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
  • Provide accurate and timely eye care services, including lens and frame dispensing.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in optical or 2+ years in retail sales.
  • Experience with store opening/closing duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and friendly attitude.

Ocular dispenser certification is a plus but not required.

This role offers opportunities for growth beyond customer service, with potential support for relocation to meet work-life needs.
