We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to contribute to a leading company in the food service industry.
As a result of continuous expansion, there are openings for skilled maintenance fitters. You will be accountable for the regular upkeep of machinery, equipment, and services, as well as addressing any operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing maintenance of machinery, equipment, and services to help meet or exceed operational goals (Production, Quality, Spoilage).
- Proactively seek mechanical maintenance enhancements to achieve production objectives and increase equipment uptime.
- Safety: Exhibit a strong commitment to safety – Lead by example and establish standards for health, safety, and well-being.
- Quality: Foster a culture of high-quality standards.
- Demonstrate substantial experience with equipment breakdowns.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Mechanical Trade Certificate; Advanced Certificate preferred.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings, particularly in high-speed, 24/7 production environments.
- A minimum of 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing context.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
- A collaborative team player.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
