Agriculture and Heavy Equipment Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Agriculture or Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Kubota agricultural, turf, and construction equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with Kubota equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan
  • Accurately complete repair orders, warranty documentation, and technical reports
  • Assist in field service and equipment testing when needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for agriculture, farming, and supporting the people who feed and build our communities
  • Certification or near-completion in Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Technician program (minimum Block 3)
  • 4+ years of mechanical/service experience (agriculture or heavy equipment)
  • Strong diagnostic skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Clean driver's abstract and ability to pass a background check
  • Comfortable using computer-based service software and systems
